The Tyreline building consists of a 9,000m² warehouse, 460m² of office space, and a 163m² staff café located on the ground floor. A 180m² first floor is utilised as meeting rooms and a seminar room.

The site has one main switchboard located in the Promotion Store. This board is manufactured from NHP modular metalwork with NHP distribution componentry. The main switch is a 3-pole moulded-case circuit breaker (MCCB) rated at 600 amps. There are three distribution boards on site providing lighting and general power services to the warehouse and offices.
